All structural and miscellaneous steel is made in our two state-of-the-art fabrication shops in Montgomery, NY. Our 55,000 square ft. OCI Shop is where all structural and miscellaneous steel is currently fabricated. In November 2019, OCI broke ground on erecting our new Heavy Bay building – totaling 43,000 square ft. in size. The Heavy Bay building houses two 35 ton overhead cranes along with our Messer MPC2000 machine. Adding the Heavy Bay allows our team to meet the innovative needs of our customers.

All of OCIs structural steel components are fabricated using our SDS2 detailing software program. Designs are then downloaded into our CNC equipment allowing for the most accurate and efficient form of fabrication, virtually eliminating human error.
